How are you getting on demaris?

Did you get to the clinic yet??

No hun its weigh in next tuesday now, which would have been my third weigh in but now my second. I have weighed myself on my own scales and it says I have lost 3lb....so...if thats the case then I am happy. Just gonna put this week behind me and carry on

Well done done!! thats really good!! and thats including having to refeed for two days?!

Last night was hard but im doing good now and sooo glad i didnt sucumb to the temptation lol!!
