Refeed Diary

    I started refeed today but had a problem.
    Throughout the day I couldn't stop drinking decaffeinated coffee because with the semi-skimmed milk it tasted delicious. I hope this doesn't make me gain weight.

    Anyway had 2 litres of water as well.

    Breakfast - Lipotrim
    Lunch - Lipotrim

    Dinner - 4 oz grilled garlic chicken breast with small bowl of salad and balsamic vinegar and pepper.

    The meal was fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the vinegar. However, it did not fill me up, although I am not ravenously hungry now. I hope this isn't a forerunner of a massive hunger when I progress later.

    How did you get on today Charlotte? Its a shame your meal didn't fill you up, I would hope that aftera while on LT it would be easier to eat smaller portions. Good luck with the next few days

    I had the same as yesterday - 2 lt shakes, chicken and salad for dinner adn 2 litres of water. I am still addicted to the coffee however hehe.

    I am just worried about the milk in my coffee it tastes so good lol

    Today I had 2 litres of water as usual

    Breakfast - Lipotrim

    Lunch - tuna and salad

    Dinner - quorn fillets and broccoli florets

    And the many cups of coffee hehe.

    tofu and salad for lunch

    haddock and salad for dinner

    just worried about my coffee still, have drunk nearly 1 litre of soy milk today in my coffees

    Put on 3 pounds today

    Breakfast - lipotrim

    Lunch - tuna salad

    dinner sage and onion herby turkey

    Sunday 16/12/2007

    2 litres of water

    Breakfast - Lipotrim

    Lunch - lean ham on bread with fromage fraise and herbs and vinegar spread

    2 lb weight gain after 1 week refeed

    16/12/07 - dinner - 5 spiced poached cod with salad

    Had very bad stomach tonight, guess its my body getting used to food again.
