Do the refeed properly per the refeed sheet. For the following weeks you can do two products and a meal if you wish. Lots of people on the maintenance section are using TFR meal bars and one meal to maintain or lose more weight.
You can also follow a healthy eating plan so you have more variety and learn to contr your intake.

WOW captjames look at the transformation. Well done you x. I cannot wait for refeed but it terrifies me at the mo cos I don't think I can trust myself around food x
