Refeed vs Maintenance

Hi everyone,

I'm going away in the middle of July so was planning on doing TFR until the end of June then doing the refeed for 2 weeks before I go away.. i'm a bit confused though.. should I do one week of refeed then one week of maintenace???

Any help is much appreciated

Do two weeks refeed if you can.

Maintainence is just that..... maintaining at the weight you are. There is no specific plan for maintainence, its what works for you to keep the weight off :)

Hope that clears it up a little.

Aah right okay thanks hun :)
At what point can I start having chewing gum,yoghurt and my beloved diet coke lol??

You can have diet drinks from day 1.
Low fat yogurts from day 3.

Chewing gut i would wait untill after your refeed as it tends to be high in carbs. But defo not untill day 4 if you have to have it before the end of your refeed :)
