Refeed week

I decided to a do the re-feed this week after losing over a stone!

My biggest fear during lipotrim is losing lots of muscle weight!

So after a weeks refeed- i weighed in today and managed to lose another 2lbs.

Im happy with that as I was worried about putting on!

So Im now swapping the pharmacy scales for the gym scales:D

I did want to ask what diets people swapped over to after LT? I'm considering JUDDD/AF or low carb such as Atkins (had success on Atkins before)
Any thoughts?

Would be interesting to see what you had to eat during your refeed, the only examples I've come across so far are for women.
 
My refeed week consisted of baked chicken and veg (by the book) though I got caught out in a cafe and went for ham omelette and salad on one day (off the book)

I am getting my head around JUDDD at the mo, but have generally been eating healthy and back training- need to fit those down days into a regular routine!
