Refeeding - portion sizes

Hi all

I'm about to start a week of refeeding (sooo excited!) but I'm worried about putting weight back on.

This is mainly due to the fact that I have no idea what a "small portion" of anything is. If I did, I probably wouldn't have needed to go on a diet in the first place!

Anyhoo how much weight-wise is the correct portion of chicken or salad or fruit or veg? Just don't know where to start and I'm really worried that I'll just cram waaay too much into a small bowl.

What should I do?

All suggestions welcome!
