Ive just returned home after shopping for my refeed  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tesco didnt have any balsamic vinigar  I wanted it on my salad tonight!!!!!
I ve got lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, cellery and a tin of tuna.
I planned to chop it all up into small pieces and toss them together with a spoonful of balsamic but now Ive not got any !!!!!!!!! I'll just have to throw a handful of chives on instead.
    Does this meal sound ok????
I ve also bought some weight watchers low fat fromage frais (to make Adams potatoe salad on day 3 or 4)
I ve also got TOTAL 0 percent fat natural yoguart
    are these ok?
    Thanks everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any tips for anything else yummy I can use!!!! xxxxxxxxxx

    sounds great :)
shame about the balsamic but you'll find the salad tastes amazing on its own anyway - everything tastes so much better!
I bought a grinder of garlic pepper from sainsburys which I have found great for seasoning my chicken with.
And the fromage frais is a god send too.
    Good luck x
