Weight loss & Refeeding

Hi All,

I started Lipotrim TFR on 19/08 and weighed in on 24/08 and lost 4.1kg (9pounds) in 5 days. On the BH weekend I did have two family meals on Sunday I had a Chicken salad with Egg and 1 shake and yesterday, Monday, I had one shake and a Chicken roast dinner. I understand I have come out of ketosis but these were planned so I am ok with that. I am going to stick to it 100% for the rest of the week. However I am going on holiday on 09/09 so could you suggest when I start refeeding?

Also has anyone got any success stories, how much have they lost etc that will keep me going?
