Total Solution refeeding..

So some of you know that I have to get to 11st 13lbs by the 31st august (day before I get married) for my Grandad to give me £2300. I started last Fri and so far I've lost 10lbs (wuhoo!!) and have another 38lbs to go. I have under 15 weeks to go and if I lose 3lbs a week (am hoping it will be more but trying to play it safe) then I will only reach my target 2 weeks before the wedding. We're having a whole weekend away and I'm really wanting to not worry about calorie counting etc - if I can't do it on my wedding day then when can I?!!
What is my best way to tackle refeeding? Will 2 weeks be enough and will it be completely terrible to have a weekend off after a two week refeed?
 
I moved to WW without re-feeding, I had a small gain to begin with but that was just the carb/water regain, but then I lost 4lb the second week! I even manage a treat in moderation most weekends, like chinese takeaway and some beers but I just don't stuff myself stupid with it.
