Well its been 9 Days since I last posted as I was rushed into Hospital with Double Strangulated Hernias!! Painful doesn't even begin to cover it :-( so just got out of hospital today and once I'm settled back into homelife I plan to resume my eating plan ;-) I have lost over 1 Stone in 9 Days but I wouldn't advise to go to the lengths that I've suffered to achieve it :D

Back to my Club hopefully next Wednesday to get weighed and see whats been happening..

Thank you for your Kind Words ;-) Getting There slowly and started back on Plan a few days ago..and hoping to get to class this coming Wednesday.

After a Few Days of Plan i returned to my Group Last Night and lost 4.5lbs..havent weighed in for 4 Weeks after my Operation..got my 3.5 Stone Award so pretty chuffed..Spurned me on for next week to try and get my 4 Stone Award...4lbs to go :D

Thanks for dropping by my Diary..its a bit of a mess right now havent kept it up to date past few weeks but getting back on track now ;)


Watercress Soup is Lovely..and soo easy..i just use 1 bag Watercress, 2 Pints Chicken Stock, 2-3 Potatoes diced or chunks, 1 Onion..bung it all into a Pot..bring to the boil and simmer for around 20 mins then zap it with my hand blender..then little sprinkle of Smoked Paprika and there ya go :D Does come out a strong green colour but very Yummy.

Seriously need to get my Booty back onto this Diary on a Daily Basis..it is the best way to Succseed in Losing Weight i always kept track and now im going through every day just guessing what i can still eat or not, how many A & B's i have left!! Without it being an excuse i havent got back in to the swing of writing everything down after coming out of Hospital but i want to badly get the Momentum i had before my operation. I am losing but be it slower so huge ------------------------------------------ Drawn and starting again!!

Really low past 2 days..got the Flu, aching all over and generally feeling rundown! Just eating when I can as nothing tastes nice :-( Back to Diary when I feel better
