Decided to Start a Food Diary as im having a Bad week, started SW in Jan 2012 and lost 3st 4lbs which im soo chuffed about..trouble is past week ive had 3 Bad Days, feel im slipping backwards :( And im P*ssed about it!!

Can honestly say ive been 100% past few Months and the Weight Loss is the Result of my Hard Work..so why now im starting to Self Sabotage is Beyond me ??

Enough is Enough..Kick up the Bum and Get Back Firmly on Track, by Keeping this Diary i hope to as the Title Says "Refocus & Reboot" Total Back to Basics as i am Actually Enjoying the Plan i just have no Reason to Slip back into my old Ways..ive Came Too Far to GIVE UP :D

Well done on the weight loss.:clap:

That is the reason I started my diary - my weight was starting to get more than just a couple of lbs back on so by doing it here think it will keep me on the straight and narrow.

I just plan on the day really and see what I feel like. Only wrote out the weeks diary to up my posts to get past 50 lol actually doing Extra Easy for the week ahead as my weight loss seems to be slowing down a little on Green after these past months, hoping it will boost my losses again. Do you ever swap days to the other plans?

Well its been 9 Days since I last posted as I was rushed into Hospital with Double Strangulated Hernias!! Painful doesn't even begin to cover it :-( so just got out of hospital today and once I'm settled back into homelife I plan to resume my eating plan ;-) I have lost over 1 Stone in 9 Days but I wouldn't advise to go to the lengths that I've suffered to achieve it :D

Back to my Club hopefully next Wednesday to get weighed and see whats been happening..
