    Hey all

    Was a very regular poster previously - started CD about this time last year and lost about 5stone, taking me from 23stone 7 to 18stone 7...

    Then I had a very minor op, but an op none the less, so had to come off CD for a while...and never quite managed to get back on the wagon :break_diet:

    Well anyway, I have successfully managed to regain the 5 stone that I lost, I am back in my fat clothes, and I am so uncomfortable and fat its unreal. So I have finally made the decision that it is time to get back on to CD SS 100% and drop that weight again. Id be happy just to get back in to the teens right now, although obviously if I could get below my weight last year I'd be very happy.

    BMI wise I supposedly need to lose about 12 stone to get back in to "healthy" range, but frankly thats not going to happen. So for now I am going to aim to lose about 8ish stone, hopefully by christmas. Last year I dropped 5stone in 3 months, despite not sticking to it 100% all of the time - taking the odd day off etc. So I am hoping that if I can get right back on it I really can lose that 8 stone by christmas. And if I dont quite make it by then then I know its not the end of the world and not to beat myself up about it!

    I know from past experience I can drop an impressive amount of weight in the first week and I am hoping that this will give me the motivation necessary to carry on and keep going this time. Last year on my first attempt I dropped 23lb the first week, second attempt (when i was already about 3 stone down) I dropped about 19lb in one week. Watch this space...

    I am restarting on Monday...My lovely sister is my new CDC after she successfully dropped 5 stone last year and got her BMI down to about 27 from 38. I know she will kick my backside in to touch if I mess up again...:eek:

    Wish me luck...Im gonna need it!

    That's great that your sister is your CDC, there's no way that you can not lose now! She will definately kick your butt in the loving way that sisters can only do.
