Reset my target

I've reset my target by 1/2 stone from my original goal - the nearer I get the more happy I am with my size. I'm not even in the healthy weight bracket yet (only a couple of lb to go though) but I don't want to go too much smaller.
What I do need to do is tone things up a bit - although I'm quite fit and active I haven't done a great deal of proper exercise (apart from walking) since starting, and I think that will pull it all together a bit!!
So, a stone to go - and re-introduce food veeeeeeeeery slowly!

Yeah, well done Juicy Lucy!!

I still have, er, a little way to go yet but am now down to 20.01 pounds meaning I've lost a stone and a half in two weeks. What a legend I am. Week 3 starts today - Target is 19.07/08 for this time next Friday...

Feeling good today - exercise done, household jobs done, off to see a good friend this afternoon :)

And I'm always good ;) hehe!

Well done Lucy that's excellent - I think it's a really good idea to have amended your target to what feels right for you.

BR - you don't have that far to go, this last month has gone so quickly so fingers x-ed it will for you too.
After my great start to the day it's gone a little pear-shaped (though not diet-wise). Another not-too-harmonious meeting with the ex this afternoon. I'm coming down with something too, got a banging headache now but I have to wait til he brings the kids home before I can go to bed :(
Roll on tomorrow - start again!
