I started CD on my own on Monday as I had shakes left over from last time, but have been on and off this week, i'm naughty and weigh myself all the time, been getting disheartened as one day the scales showed me at a loss and then the next back up again.

I am seeing my CDC today, will take her weigh in as gospel and throw the battery away in my scales so as to not weigh myself. So my first weigh in which would have been Monday will probably now be next Friday.

It will be sooo hard not being able to weigh myself for a week, i'm a scale-a-holic.

me too .. I weigh myself every morning although I find it really motivating whatever the scales say so not really a problem for me !! If it shows a loss I am happy and motivated , if it shows no loss of a gain it makes me more determined to stick to it and loose ... soo all good for me :)
