It's nearing the end of 2011 and about this time of year people are thinking about their new years resolutions. But instead of focusing on what to do next year, I think we should reflect on our accomplishments this year.

These are some of mine

1. I completed two three month exercise programs
2. Lost 20lbs in five weeks.....woohoo
3. Did my first push up off my knees!!.
4. Cut out sodas
5 I have become more confident
6. Learnt how to accept compliments
