Hi All

You may have seen that I have been absent for a while, well I have to take a break as I had tonsillitis and the meds had to be taken with food, on order from my doctor!!!

But tnight is my last lot so 2moro I am back on CD and am peeved off that I am a week down to goal, so I just wanna get bac on and rock and roll!!!!!!!

Wooohoooo, watch out here I come!!!
