Restart 7 weeks before wedding

Hi restarted Cambridge Sunday after a few months off and a 4lb gain!!

Getting married 11th August and need to lose at least a stone and a half!

Day one and two were fine, found yesterday (day3) really hard was so hungry

Start of day 4 now and feeling a lot more positive, getting weighed sat or Sunday.

Start weight 11.8 height 5.4
