When I did this last time I found day 1 easy, this time I'm not!! Maybe its boredom but I'm not finding it easy!

Well it's after 7pm so day is nearly over, no point in slipping now and just think how good you will feel in morn for getting through day 1.

The very very best of luck with it - I'm starting back tomorrow and can't wait to get over the first 3 days
I had great success a couple years back - lost 7 stone but have been absolutely silly and put it all back on but it can be done so with you all the way.

Best of luck with the rest of today - a nice hot water bottle for comfort and an early night.
You are one day closer to finishing those dreadful first 3 days so way to go girl.

Hopefully we'll all been incredibly successful and on here updating all with huge weight loss - week on week

Go for it girl, but dont look at it negatively,,,honestly! Keep looking forward all the time. At the end of the day, it is only food!!!! :)

Just keep focussing in on the new body within a few months and the journey to get to it and all the nice comments and new clothes you will have to buy on the way!!

Before you know it, you will be on Week 2 :)!!!
