Restarted... many years later...

I'm Vix... originally got to goal a few years ago but after a stressful couple of years and severe comfort eating I am back to where I started, and some...

Need some advice! Seems I am losing weight slower than the last time, could this be my metabolism as im now older or as it is shot due to my body not knowing what it's doing next!?

Remind me, does the amount of water you drink have an effect on the weight you lose? Im not good with my water intake as dont often get thirsty...

2nd weigh in is Friday and although i am motivated my wii fit says ive stayed the same! yikes!

Any help would be greatfully received as you guys seem so so knowledgeable!

Hi Vix and welcome, water is vital on Low Carb diets, I wouldn't know about others though.

As for age, I don't know I was 52 when I started Atkins and I had no problems.
