Just come back from the Chemists and I am very relieved. :)

It has been a month since I was last weighed and I have put on 3lb. It could have been so much worse so I'm thrilled. That is it now, I am back 100% and can't wait for my WI next week. Good luck to everyone for your WI's. :D

Thanks Chelly. I can't believe it myself that it's only 3lb. I have been quite good during this time, but it makes me feel better knowing that the pounds aren't going to pile on as soon as you come off it.

Well done Pearly. You must be chuffed that you had control over what you were eating. I think most of us on here need that (if we had it we wouldn't be on here would we!) Good luck and I hope you get all out of this journey that you want!

Hi Fragglerock - most days I have been having a shake for breakfast and a bar for lunch and of an evening I have been having chicken with brocolli or green beans. Sometimes I have had salmon or seafood for a change.

The first week when I was on holiday I eat out a few times and even had a very small portion of pudding on one occasion as it was my birthday. I did have quite a few drinks too. The main thing is that I kept off the carbs as much as possible. Hope this helps.

Well done pearly on such great maintenance! Im really worried about coming off LT as i did it 2 years ago and ate all around me when i came off it and of course the weight went straight back on so going to try and be more sensible this time as i know how hard it is to get back on TFR second time around.

well done, a few questions if I may?

Hi Pearly,
You obviously followed the refeed plan during that time did you restrict your carbs a lot or have the occassional few. Its just that I will have a refeed for two weeks prior to my holiday and I'm not sure whar I should have when I'm there. Know I need to restrict fats, and carbs but will I be able to have a mixed salad, steak perhaps occassionally.:sigh:
