Hi all I'm starting back on old points tomorrow! Lost over 3st on it a few years back (reached BMI 25, goal, with the intention of losing another 2.5st!) but as I was so close to Xmas at the time I never bothered. Have done PP on and off for the past 18 months and I just cant stick to it, I eat a lot of fruit generally so having it "free" isn't good... My losses are so inconsistent too. At least with old points I lost at least 1lb a week
