restarting again today

    started this mornning really good had a shake
    ive just had a cheese cob and feel really bad
    cant stick to it
    if i have my shakes to the rest of the 2 will i be ok
    to carry on as i feel so depresses
    i have 3 stone to loose
    will stick to it thou:mad:

    I want one too.
    No do your best and see if you can stick with it. Good luck. I've been doing 1000 a day but not sure if I'm doing very well. I might start back on SS+ for a few weeks. (if I can)

    don't worry - i nibbled on cheese last week and still lost. just keep going and drink water.
