Restarting AGAIN!!

I am back again, I am sick and tired of coming back 'restarting' this is it I am going to stick at it!! I tell myself this and I fail 3/4days in then it hits the weekend and I leave it until Monday, then the cycle starts again I lose 4lbs in those days then I put it back on again and have to start again, my weight isn't going anywhere.

I have take that concert on 1st July, and I am aiming for 13.7, I am currently 16.8, I know if u stick at this for the whole week and don't cheat I will lose around 10lbs! TOTM this wk so have been feeling crappy, ave just wanted to eat :eek:( but as of today I am going to reach the end of wk1 and start wk2 I hope I can stick to this until 1st July, but all I can do is take it one step at a time.

The strange thing is I find this diet REALLY easy but something inside my head says "stop off and grab a mcdonalds" or "grab a packet of crisps & drink when you get petrol" and I go and do it but feel really angry at myself, I don't know how to get past these 'voices'

Well done on getting to the end of week one. everyone has an "inner voice" you've just got to change what it is telling you to do, so instead of "grab a packet of crisps" you've got to say to yourself, "I could get a packet of crisps BUT that would make me break my diet and I'm not going to do that , because I want to be slim"

Hi there, i could have written your post myself, this is exactly how i feel / what i do!!! Ive started today AGAIN, after messing around, was doing sw which i really like but seem to lose really slowly and go wks maintaining which would be good if i was at a weight i wanted to stick at.
Im also going to see Take That on 30th May at stadium of light, so am hoping i can lose nearly a stone by then if i do it properly and like you ignore my inner voices telling me i NEED crisps, choc, etc etc also starting today and sticking with it, not doing it for 3 days and then rewarding myself for 'being good' with food and going straight back to day 1!!
