    Hiya

Just been cleaning my cupboards out (sad I know in a Friday night!) and have found a load of shakes (lighterlife and cambridge). I think there is enough for about 12 days!!!

I am invited to an christening in 5 weeks time and am tempted to give the shakes another go!!! I know that in the 5 weeks I would loose near enough 2 stone!! I normally loose a stone in the first 2 weeks on SS. I have failed that many times on SS can anyone give me any advice how to stick to this brilliant diet!!!!!!!!

I am plodding along and loosing weight but it is soooo slooooowwww that it is starting to pi** me off.

I am trying to get it into my head to start on Monday, fresh week and all that!!!

I just wish I could be locked away in a room for 3 months and onl given water and shakes ha ha!!

    Thanx for listening!!!

I started again last week after messing around with CD for quite a while - I think your head has to be in the right place, you need to be really determined to get through the first few days BUT...

wow, what results!!! This diet produces such great results and you know it works for you. Keep guzzling the water, keep yourself busy at hungry periods (first few days) and go for it - you know it's the best thing you could do for yourself at the minute and just think how fab you could be feeling and looking in a few short weeks.

Keep coming in here too - I find the posts so motivational (and sometimes not even the posts but just reading the signatures!!!)

    Good luck xxx

I totally agree that your head needs to be in the right place. Having done it before you know the challenges that it throws up and you can be prepared.

Good luck if you decide to go ahead...

    thanks for the replies.

Think I will give it another go on Monday and see how get on. 5 weeks is nothing and then I could take stock again after that couldn't I. I am currently wearing size 22 trousers, they are quite baggy! I was in a 24 a few month ago. If I stick to SS till the christening I could probably be in a size 18!!! Not slim I know but I would look sooo much better and be able to find something nicer to wear!!

    Will keep posting!
