If it is any consolation I was supposed to start Lipotrim Tuesday and had a false restart and didn’t end up completing a full 100% day until Friday. Don’t make yourself feel guilty - tomorrow is a new day.
The key for me is keeping busy! Or having an early night - the first 3-7 days are hardest, I’m reminding myself this is only temporary - all the foods we “crave” will still be there when we reach our goals.
You can do this hun - just think of how great you’ll be feeling in a few days time and then a weeks time and so on
