Restarting THD

I have done THD before and then stopped for various reasons . Back starting today with a new attitude . I debated whether to start this week due to having 2 weekends coming up where I am away with no control over food . But with my new attitude if necessary I will count the weekends as phase 3 days .

This does mean for the next few weeks I will be doing phase 1 on weekdays and as much of the weekend as I can but will continue until I can get a complete phase 1 5 days and then properly start phase 2

But this is infinitely better than the sugar fest I have been on.

Good start today

Breakfast yog and oats
Snack as lunch would be Kate as out hiking
2 1/2 bacon and leek muffins with cucumber
7 mile very hilly hike
Lunch in a pub that does the best chip but ties ever I had ham and tomato omelette and salad no dressing
Snack slices of gammon
 
how are you all going? I have literally just started the THD, on day two, only heard about it a week or so ago, wow Phase 1 is hard!
