Restarting the CD.

Hi, i tried the CD last summer, and couldn't make it more than 24 hours, i must of tried it 6 times, and failed every time. I really need to diet, because i've put on nearly another 2 stone since last summer, and i am now 18 stone 10 lbs, i am struggling mentally and physically with my weight, i can't handle it anymore. My husband is in afghan and due to be home next week, and hes told me he doesn't care what it takes, he will make me diet and lose weight, because of how so down i am. But i text a CDC an hour ago and made the decision to do the diet, no matter what.

Has anyone got absolutely any tip, and anything to get through this if im finding it tough... some words of wisdom.

I would say take each day is it comes dont look at it long term like "omg im gunna be on this for however long" because it always seems longer than it is! Look at pictures on here for inspiration aswell always helps me!
