Just thought i'd pop my head in and say hello! I lost a fair amount on Exante last year and was quite a regular on here (i think my diary is still floating around somewhere), then came off to have a bit of a break, my TOTM was all over the place, and i was losing quite a lot of hair!! Anyway i've maintained very well, and still weigh the same as when i finished Exante - it really does change the way you think about food and portion sizes, and now i'm back for the last stone... wish me luck
Welcome back you've done brilliantly maintaining your loss! That's my problem I always seem to gain most if not all back eventually! not this time though! you'll get the last stone off in no time x
