I'm restarting tomorrow after only doing the plan for a week. It wasn't the right time. But now I'm back to lose the weight for my birthday in 4 weeks and Christmas. Just been reading all the different posts and I'm inspired and motivated to finish the plan this time around.
My goal is pretty similar. Id like to get to 9st 7lb's and my start weight was 12dt 12lb's.
My WI on Thursday got me to 12st 4lb's so im happy with the way this is going.
If i can set myself that goal and be achieving it so can anyone!
