Restarting !!

Hiya to everyone !!

Been on plan ( amongst others ) lost 2 stone kept pretty much all of it off !!
Loads of packs left and just over 2 stone to go so here I am day 1 all over again ... Start weight is 14 stone 5 lb

Anything new I need to know ??!!

Hi, yes I'm starting tomorrow. I've got about a months worth of packs in the house, I keep putting restarting off, but I'm getting bigger & bigger and it's getting out of hand

I did LL a few years back & lost 5stone. I've gained it all back & more I really need to nip this in the bud & stop making excuses!!

Going to definitely start tomorrow!! Decided!
