ReStarting

    I’m restarting so I thought I would redo my ticker to show what weight I was before I started any diet and have put my weight for 2day on but I’m not starting till Monday last time I lost 2 stone on ss and another 2 with sensible eating and exercise I have put 7lbs back on over Christmas so not to bad but have to get back in to it so ss for 2weeks at least. Got 3 stone 10 to left to lose that's my target.

    Good luck with restarting back SSing and very well done on your weight loss!

    7lb is not much of a regain over Christmas and you will have this off in the first week back and perhaps more:)

    Hi and welcome back! :) well done for only gaining 7lbs over xmas! :)

    Why only 2 weeks on SS? just wondering if it's worth it given the loss of water and then gaining it back again 2 weeks later.. :confused: If you have nearly 4 stone to lose surely it's better to stick with SS or SS+ for a while?
