This is my first time doing the Cambridge Diet. I started at 16 stone and lost 8lbs at my first weigh in (Wednesday) - very pleased!

I have found it really easy to stick too although I'm lucky in the sense that I live on my own so do not actually have to deal with food at all. Although it's mainly the alcohol that has put the weigh on me!

Great start:) I too lost 8lbs in my first week I was very pleased, my starting weight was 15.9 so quite near to urs. Whats ur target weight??

Clairedelou I've set my first goal as 12st to get me back into my favourite pair of size 12 jeans! After that I'm looking to return to calorie counting to shift the last stone. How much have you lost in total?
Ive now lost 30lbs, so now weigh 13.7.I hope to get down to a size 8/10, at some point. I really cant wait to reach the 12 stone mark, haven't been that for a long, long time and like u I have all my fav jeans in the wardrobe waiting for me to wear:)
