After a week of picking and nibbling at junk I have put on 3lb.
But I am staying positive.
I have resigned myself to the fact that when I am pre menstral I will just have to do the best I can and limit the damage.
I know that the rest of the month I can do CD no problem at all.
I have still lost 15lb in 3 wks so that is ok and I know that 3lb should come of quite quick.

Good to see that you are looking at your overall loss, thats how it should be done, its is hard at first but it becomes easier the longer you do it, im on week 7 now finding it really easy, struggled at first,
Your doing great over a stone already you couldnt do better on any other diet, that 3lb will drop off in no time at all.
