    So...Had my first WI last night and guess how much....? An amazing 8lbs!! I can't believe it. My CD said that I've probably lost a bit more but because I'm TOTM i'm retaining water!! How amazing is that?!!
    I'm am so pleased! It's just the motivation i need to carry on!! Well done to all you guys that lost this week too!

    Well done. It's my first weigh in this afternoon, but only because my CDC will be on holiday next week and can't do it Monday. I'm not going to post my results until I do it myself on Monday morning-it's my TOTM too and I hope it doesn't affect it too much-especially in my first week when I'm hoping for a good result!
