Luckily for me it has not affect me what so ever, have still had really good losses when on TOTM.

hello it's the week before for me and I always seem to get really hungry the week before too :rolleyes: my cdc suggested drinking more water and adding either another shake or a 200 cal meal from the green and white list - am drinking the extra water at the mo to see if that does anything :D

Last time i did CD, it wasn't affected by TOTM but this time i seem to retain like crazy before, its so annoying, grrrr. xx

I retain water the week before, when I first started the diet it didnt show but last week i put on 2lbs - this week I lost 3lbs so it is def a water thing...
