Hi there hope all is well,

Starting LT tommorow, just been to the chemist and got my weeks worth of shakes :) The price increase has shocked me (£9.00) as I dont think its justified if the products are the same. Anywho as a previous LT-er I know they work so I dont mind paying the extra :) did LT five years back and lost just shy of 4stone in 13 weeks since then the weight has come back. Had a brief try last summer but my heart wasn't in it. So here I am tail between legs back to minimins ready to give this all I can and make sure this is the last time I'll ever have to diet again. I feel in a good place in my life right now. I had some shocking news that has put things into perspective that my health isn't the best and I need to lose this weight (5 stones). Have a holiday on the agenda for august to keep me motivated.
Would anyone like to be my diet buddy? I really might need the support or a verbal kick up the back end when im tempted to cheat!
 
Welcome back! Sounds like you're motivated enough this time to do it properly again, just stay strong especially through this first week and you'll be feeling great on the beach in august for sure :D I've been on LT for just under 9 weeks now, I have a friend at work who's recently returned to it like you and is dropping weight like crazy compared to when he did it the first time. Hopefully you'll see the same results!
 
I will be your buddy! I'm in pretty much exactly your position... Did lt for 8 weeks 4 years ago... Lost 4 stone and then, you guessed it, it returned :-(
Had a few failed attempts but this time I'm really determined! Good luck and I'll check in on here regularly to see how you're doing... If you'll do the same?!

I'm the same I'm back for a second time! Last did it in 2012 and did so well! I'm on week 3 now and feeling better by the day :) good luck xx

Good fhat there's a few of us! I found minimins such an amazing support network last time... It seems a bit quieter this time round but still people here to help gee us along. I find it really inspiring to see people who are weeks in and have had life-changing losses! Hope it will be me... I'm starting to feel less hungry and more energised but weekends are a low time. Roll on my 2nd weigh in tomorrow!

Yes I did too, I find that there's not as many here this time either!...everyone was so lovely and supportive!...maybe the price increase has something to do with it?..or the others have managed to keep it all off and don't need us anymore haha...oh well I'm planning 12 weeks this time...Wednesday will be end of week 3! I feel like I'm on a roll I'm not giving up this time!...good luck for tomorrow, let me know how you get on :)
How long are you planning on staying on lt for? X
 
Hiya all! I'm pretty much the same as you all, I lost 3 stone 5 yrs ago, kept it off till a year ago but been too stressful to think about doing it again until now. I'm starting today. Would love to have the support network that there used to be but, yeah, it's gone pretty quiet on here.. Let's all stick together and keep each other going!! What week/day are you all on and how much have you lost?xx
 
Good luck guys! I've lost 5.5lbs this week. Not great for week 2 but I'm thinking it must be totm. Still, 16.5 in a fortnight isn't bad I suppose- I'm just being greedy!

Hi love, i am a returner and i started today. Not doon too bad at the moment just hoping for a big loss to keep me motivated. Not put all weight back on and its been a few yrs. Good luck!

Hey, thanks for asking! I lost 7lb on my weigh in....that's for the last 2 weeks though. I don't no what I lost in my first week as I had a weeks worth of shakes at home to use and couldn't bring myself to weigh before starting g them...but am feeling good and am dead pleased with 7lb for 2nd send 3rd week :)
I'm planning on staying on for 12 weeks too, want to get to a size 10!!! Praying ha. Best of luck to you., keep me updated on your progress x
 
Hi ladies. Sorry about the late reply. Today is my first dayvi had an op last thursday so was reccommended to finish my course of antibiotics. Was gutted because I had a week off work to get into things. Im a support worker so lucky for me I can do this at work :) hows everyone getting on? Looks like there is a few of us who have restarted. No more looking at the past though thinking I wish I had kept it off as its a brand new journey and this time less on learned we will crack it :)
