Haven't done CD since 2009

I'm just a tad under 14stone and want to be 10st by mid July.

Probably going to do Step 2 with the old SS day in between.

Hope it works a second time.

Hi there - I started yesterday and like you am returning after 3 years! I would like to lose 3 1/2 stone by my holiday in August - and 3 stone by a party in July where there will be lots of people I havent seen for ages. I am doing SS+. Day 1 survived - heres to ketosis ASAP!!

Hi, spotted this post and thought i sounded similar to me. I did the CD in April 2010 after seeing photos of me at my 30th birthday - yuk! Although it was hard i did it and quicker than i expected and was a nice weight by June. I maintained my weight for quite a while and even when i got a new job however i discovered i was pregnant for the 3rd time in May 2011 (already have a 9 & 5 year old sons) The pregnancy and birth of my baby girl on the 1 Jan this year were amazing and as a family we couldnt be happier however once again i find myself very overweight. I started the CD yesterday so would love to hear from anyone that would like to share their experiences on this hard but amazing diet
