have been reading about motivation for losing weight. it is suggested to have rewards so to keep on track. i have decided once i am under 17 stone i am going to book a pedicure. anyone else any rewards

I saw in one of the picture galleries one lady has her picture taken with a helium balloon for each stone she loses so a helium 1 for 1 stone etc - OH has said he'll do this for me.

My proper reward will be a suitcase full of smaller clothes for my holidays and my ultimate goal will be a size 12 wedding dress - I've said I'm not getting married until I'm a size 12... May be a tragic spinster forever lol!!

To keep me going I'm goin to treat myself to an ipod or heart rate monitor. Probably after Easter. I'm not focusing so much on how much I lose, as how long I keep going. I think I should get something for every 3-4 months I stick with this.

love the balloon idea might have a think about this. size 12 wedding dress is a real incentive

Oh I LOVE Monsoon, Ive just figured I can squeeze myself into there size 22 and Its Fab. I have an amazing plunge neck black ballgown from Monsoon in a size 18 and I SO want to get back into it.

I managed to get in my size 20 Monsoon ball gown top last week, no idea what I'm going to wear it for but it fits!!!

did not know Monsoon did larger sizes. i am a 22-24 size top depending on how forgiving it is but some tops i am able to wear. so might have a look for a treat when i am under 17 stone.

They do but I always found them to be on the snug side but then I don't like my clothes too tight

I find their skirts & trousers small but tops ok x
