Stewed in the micro with some sweetener and a vanilla ww yogurt on top, or make pancakes and have as a topping, or make the sponge cake and have it on top all very scrummy

It was my first time with rhubarb too today! I covered with water (too much water) and put in the mw for 3 mins. Then covered with sweetened Greek yog. It was great! But no transit yet...
