Rice krispie cereal bars healthy extra or not?

Could you count them as healthy extra? just the normal rice krispie cereal bars there 4 odd syns i think and if not what nice ones are out there? apart from alpen because i no i need to get osme of them hehe

I don't think rice crispie ones are a healthy extra choice. I love alpens so you do right buying some of them in. Slimming world's hi-fi bars are nice too but you can only get them if you go to group (which I don't anymore), I've also heard weetabix cereal bars are nice as well and they are a healthy extra but you only get one. With alpen lights you get 2 for your healthy extra

I cant seem to find the fibre bars.. maybe im being dumb lol :/
I was at tesco today but didnt find out alpen was HE untill i got home was gutted! but shall get some tomorrow, i got some rice krispie bars in anyway because for 4syns thats not too bad! x

Just looked online on tescos website and I couldn't find them so looked on asda's website and found them Cookies Detecting!
Maybe tesco don't stock them, I'm not sure x
