Rice Noodles

Being new to SW still learning so wondered if someone could please help.

I am looking for syn value for rice noodles and am having trouble finding them even after using google.

Can they be counted as rice which is 5 syns for 28gms dry on RED day and free on GREEN days?

All dried noodles are syn free on green and extra easy

Thank you - I am doing Red and Original days so wanted to know what they are on Red days.
Will get my head round these before I get into EE
