I use 2oz of rice per 1pt fluid. I tend to make 2pints and use 1 pt of skimmed milk and 1 pint of water and 2-3 tblsp sweetner and a generous grating of nutmeg. Bake in oven for about 1.5 hours. Once it's cooked, I stir in a vanilla muller light yoghurt in as it thickens it up and makes it go further and it's yummy!
