rice pudding with cardamon and maple syrup...my fav alli recipes

serves 4...140cals....2g fat per portion


750ml 1% fat milk...
60g pudding rice
5 cardamon pods crushed
1tbsp maple syrup

place all ingredients in non-stick pan and simmer for 45 minutes until rice is tender

you can put in oven on 170c/150fan for 45-60 minutes

if made with semi-skimmed milk 150cal....3.2g fat
if made with skimmed milk.........125cal....0.6g fat

serve with a few blueberries or raspberries
