Hello peeps

I am sorry to post this if the answer is already there but i am in a bit of turmoil over this one.

I always thought rice was free on extra easy and i have been making a great little dish that is cheap and simple that i wanted to post for others. My mind is now telling me that rice is not free so i just wanted to check before i posted the dish.

Yep your ordinary stuff is free but the ones that are pre-packed usually have a syn value
