Abz do what you have to do, aswell as encouragement, you apart of the crowd now, so do the diet you feel fits with you, but don't leave the 100% i am all 100% for everyone doing well, but upto now i haven't been 100% as i got no cds to eat or drink, but will be on the wagon soon, so if you have to take a week out and get your head together go for it! hugssssssssssssssssssssssssssss xxx
