Hey All,

I'm giving myself a talking to - I've gained 1lb this week, STS last week, other people in class have lost double the amount I have in a much shorter time (I know I shouldn't compare and this is my 5th time doing SW whereas they are 1st timers... but you know..)

So - I need to stop faffing around, not weighing things out, trying the odd thing and not counting syns properly. I got a food diary this week as if I carry on like this I know what will happen - I will lose my motivation and start to gain again.

I WILL lose this week.

Good attitude there hun - well done! You CAN do this - you know you can which is why you've told self off...so stay happy and focused and all the best to you this week.

Aaaaah thanks all! I feel really motivated today - I've been on plan for the last couple of weeks, but it is those little things we don't really think matter that have been adding up. Mouthful of kids food, too much milk, couple of crisps.. guesstimating syns...

I am a frist timer, and yesterday had a rubbish day, so brushing off and back to writing everything down, so far focused again
