Risotto

Can I make Risotto without oil or butter please? Going to make some with to go with some pork medallians.

I have garlic, sping onions, chicken stock and parmesan, but never made it before. I have some frylight!

Any tips?

Yes you can absolutely make a risotto without butter or oil as its a "wet" dish. In fact I'm making a mushroom risotto for dinner tonight! You can stir in some HEA parmesan or quark at the end for extra creaminess.
 
Yes you can make risotto! There is a lovely dish in the extra easy cookbook which I have made a few times and it is lovely!

I made my first risotto out of the sw mag - mushrooms and red pepper. Fry light used and def no oil it was so fab am going to make a prawn one this week.
