Roast beef tough as old boots :(

Can anyone help me figure out what I can do with a generous lump of beef I have cooked that is so chewy!
Normally ok with cooking joints, so not sure if I just got a bad cut.

Was wondering if dicing it and making stew and simmering for a few hours will help moisten it up, or mincing it and making burgers ??????

Any suggestions welcome, or my dog will be having it for dinner for the week!
