roast Chicken breast and lettuce is this true?

    My friend did lighter life and was told she could have these in replace of a shake is this right? x

    I did have chicken one night on lt as i was out for a meal but it was a very small amount, its not recommended though to do it every day although ya can have two shakes and a meal on cd as my friend does it that way. I know nothing about lighterlife but I would have thought they were all the same?

    Yea it would but I think the weight comes off much slower that way though

    i had grilled chicken (small amount) once in the evening but i didnt have a shake as well. i didnt go out of ketosis. i guess it was cos of it being carbs plus the piece i had was small so not over the 130 calories thats normally in a shake. think its 130 anyway...

    i wudnt risk it again tho!
