Roast dinner/taramasalata/ Jam roly polly and custurd

Hello, I am starting again but I have some questions on syns etc
I am planning to have a roast dinner tomoorow I have bought a beef joint and all the trimmings what is the best thing with a roast? To eat all but the meat (so veg roast potatoes etc) Or have the meat and veg? How about yorkshire puds and gravy what do you do? I normally make aunt bessys jam roly polly and custard how many sins for that?

I also love pitta bread and taramisalta how many syns?
Thanks x

If you are doing an EE day you can have as much meat and veg as you want as long as you roast the potaotes with frylight, not in oil.

Aunt Bessies yorkshires are 2.5 syns each and you can syn gravy granules too.

I think the roly poly will have huge syns, hang on, I'll go check...

OK

Aunt Bessies jam roly poly 75g portion 14.5 syns

Custard 100g of tinned = 5 syns
low fat tinned custard = 4 syns for 100g
taramasamata, 1 tablespoon = 4 syns
pitta bread, white, 60g = 7.5 syns

An Asda wholemeal pitta can be used as a HEB

The roly poly and custard is big in syns for probably a smaller portion than you would normally have. Maybe save syns from another day to have it if it's important to you, or find something treaty that's lower in syns.
I always have special type food and full Sunday dinner on Sunday but I cut down my syns on other days to have more syns on Sunday.
